The MESH Backbone

The core MESH ‘Backbone’ is based upon a multiple Tier-1 service with fully redundant connections. A separate MPLS Backbone operates in Europe with over 200 providers. All MESH availability and safety standards are guaranteed to 99.98% SLA’s – or higher for special requirements.

Billing

Data traffic (per Gbps) and 95th Percentile are established invoice models for IP services and are standard at MESH. However, as in all areas, MESH is flexible to customer requirements. Contact MESH to discover an appropriate invoice method, which best suits your needs (part of SoaS = Solution as a Service).

Security

Germany has traditionally had the most stringent security standards in the EU and, having originated in Germany, MESH has always given security the highest priority. These superior standards are delivered through our based “Datenschutz = Data Protection”. Our certified “Datenschutz” officer is always available to provide further information or discuss appropriate solutions.

Monitoring

A constant overview of data usage and the status of the network is available 24/7 for our customers via the “online service centre“. This means that you can stay fully up-to-date with all your statistics and multiple aspects of your network.
